What is deliberately not here yet
No service level agreement, data processing addendum, sub-processor register, refund or billing terms, or acceptable-use policy for sending. Each of those is a commitment about a capability — uptime credits, client data we process on your behalf, a payment gateway, live sending — and none of them is live for CraftReach yet.
They go in as each capability lands. If you need any of them to evaluate us, ask and we will tell you precisely where we are instead of sending you a document that overstates it.
